Viela is a spinout of AstraZeneca, is a clinical-stage biotechnology company pioneering treatments for autoimmune and severe inflammatory diseases.

 

Viela was listed on NASDAQ in 2019 and subsequently acquired by Horizon Therapeutics (NASDAQ: HZNP) in 2021. Horizon Therapeutics was later acquired by Amgen (NASDAQ: AMGN).
